112m² of break out and removal of concrete ground floor slab and replacement with new concrete slab in an existing building.
Install internal drainage.
Upgrade and repair 300m of existing storm and foul drainage at depths of up to 3.00m including 8Nr. manholes whilst maintaining the existing live system.
1,178m of external ducting including 12Nr. Draw pits through existing roads, carparks and landscaped areas to facilitate new fibre optic connection to building.
1,072m of external ducting including 14Nr. draw pits and 28Nr. light/CCTV bases.
5,818m² of tarmacadam roads including cold milling existing tarmacadam surfaces.
